We are an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit offering postseason opportunities to high performing FLL teams unable to attend World Festival & Open events. With a successful 2024 Invitational of 60 teams & 38 regions in the books, we are preparing for 2025 with 52 awesome teams from around the country.

For full planning flexibility, we are structured as a FIRST Community Event while providing full championship experience.
... to provide more opportunities for high performing FLL Challenge teams to compete at a Championship level event in a fun and exciting post-season atmosphere. Event is run with all the excitement of bonding with teams from around the country, festive pit areas, full FLL judging, three robot runs, and opening/closing/awards ceremonies.
Now in planning for our 4th consecutive year, we are honored to have hosted 130 wonderful teams 38 different regions over the past 3 years. We are looking forward to another great event as we return to our roots at the Liberty Science Center.
American Robotics Invitational is a FIRST Community Event, graciously supported by FIRST Mid-Atlantic volunteers. Our event is staffed by over 150 student and adult volunteers from local FTC teams, FRC teams, and other volunteers, many with a long history supporting World Festival events as well as DE NY and NJ RCTs.

American Robotics Open Championship, Corp, a NJ entity "American Robotics Open Championship Corp" is a NJ non-profit organization and a federal IRS 501(c)(3) organization as of 2024. Since 2014, our trustees have over a dozen competitions including FLL, FTC, and WRO qualifiers, 2019 WeDo US National Championships, 2018 & 2019 LSC Women In Robotics events, and 2022, 2023, 2024 FLL Challenge Invitationals.
Benefit today’s youth through the expansion of post-season competition opportunities for high performing student robotics teams with a support staff representing a broad demographic.
